J'ai acheté un ensemble ( robe et veste ) au Vietnam , il en est joliment pourvu et cela apporte un cachet très particulier . Je ne savais pas comment ils étaient faits . Does anyone know if the number of points could be increased? I've tried some coin wraps and they don't seem to hold on to the coin securely without covering up half the coin. It looks like this knot creates a more sturdy channel that could hold a coin more securely if the number of points on star would be increased. I'mma go try it!

Like origami? Look up the straw star. You can do that out of ribbon with the 2 ends & wear it as a necklace
